What, if anything, is wrong with the following paraphrase?

Original Passage from: Knipe, E. (1995).Culture, society, and drugs: The social science approach to drug use. Waveland Press.

Unlike sects, bureaucracies are hierarchical. Leadership is routinized in a ranked set of offices, membership in which is ideally based on experience and competency. Members move through these offices in a pattern which defines a career. In sects, the members donate their time and there is no well-defined leadership. In fact, a concerted effort is made to deny differences among the members.

Paraphrase:

Bureaucracies and sects have different leadership styles, in that bureaucracies tend to be hierarchical in nature, while sects tend not to adopt a rigid chain of command (Knipe, 1995).
