Muhammad replied: Yes, these files meet the conditions for occupying the position Then the manager asked Muhammad to bring all the files. When Muhammad brought it, the director sorted it and produced a file from it, then ordered the appointment of the owner of that file without taking the opinion of the committee members. Then he passed the file to Muhammad, who read the file and then passed it on to another colleague in the committee After reading the file from all the members, it became clear to them that the application is in the name of a relative of the director, in addition to that he only has a high school diploma and without any previous experience. There was a little silence, then the members of the committee began to look at Muhammad to say something, by virtue of their confidence in his opinion and by virtue of his position in the administration.
