What is a good response to the following post made by classmate? These are the top three qualities I have so far witnessed right now as my Wal-Mart goes through a remodel as a team lead. 1. Empathetic Leadership: A project manager who stands out in my memory was faced with a team struggling with low morale due to tight deadlines. They took the time to listen to each team member's concerns, and really showed that they cared and were listening. Anything the team was concerned or stressing about was immdeialtey addressed and taken care of ASAP. they also made sure to communicate how each person's work was vital to the project's success and wanted to make sure everyone is in a good head space.
