what is a good response to the following post made by a classmate? Scope (Quality), Cost, and Schedule (Time) are known as the triple constraint. This is a framework in which one must be able to balance the different variables in the project in order to be successful. As a project evolves, one will find out that the balance of these constraints is very important. For instance, the project I had on my job did have a holiday deadline, and up until that time my job was to keep the pod filled with desserts to sell. Same thing for scope, basically going into work hours early to complete the task at hand and have the pod looking delectable. Now cost was not an issue within my project because the company cared more about sales and produced more products to place on the pod. These 3 constraints seek to provide the best possible outcome for the project, which can be linked to customer satisfaction depending on the reason the project is being developed. In my project, the number one constraint was definitely customer satisfaction because as long the table grew empty that meant customers were satisfied. A Project Constraint Might Decide
