I do agre with the Statues Of Fraud. There are two key motives for fraud statue, generally speaking. Public policy is the foundation behind these causes. Next the parties will hopefully devote more time considering the arrangement and these laws somewhat formalize the agreement. Intentionally, the laws protect critical agreements that often bear significant repercussions. Later lawsuits will be avoided with diligent prior thought. Secondly, the laws were initially intended by one of the parties to discourage dishonest actions. Again those types which may have significant implications for one of the parties are purposefully protected by the laws.
