What is a good response to the Information below?
Opinion....
Yes, I once have been misled into an agreement. I applied for a job at a local supermarket chain and I signed a work agreement with the company. It was mentioned in the agreement that If I worked overtime then I will get paid for it. But after I completed one month I was not given the overtime pay. When I asked for it I was told that I did not fulfilled the criteria for overtime. When I read the agreement again I found that at the end of the document it was mentioned in very fine prints that terms and conditions applied to all the clauses in the agreement. At the time of signing the agreement I was not told about these terms and conditions nor was I given any list of such conditions. I feel that there was both fraud and misrepresentation of facts in the agreement which resulted in the monetary loss to me.
