What is a good response to the information below?

The codes that I feel that stands out to me in the code of ethics are fundamental honesty and adherence to the law and trust. I feel that honesty and trust arean important factors when dealing with business because if you can't be honest and trust your colleagues or customers, then what's the point? In the article "Why Trust is Important for Your Business and Brand" by Brian Sooy he states that "Our economy works because people trust each other and the businesses they support." Trust isn't one-sided and as the article said our economy works because we are able to put trust with one another and not just think of them as unreliable. In addition, if you are honest, many people will rely on you, and trust you with many things. I believe that both trust and honesty go hand in hand, because once you are honest with people, it will lead them to trust you. However, as the article explains, you can't force trust upon someone. You have to earn it, and as stated " Every interaction is an opportunity to build relationships and nurture trust". When people trust your business, it will reflect greatly, whether it is leaving good reviews from former employees/customers, or just having recurring customers. Although all Codes of Ethics are important, I feel that honesty and trust are big factors to consider.
