What is a good response to the Information below?

Opinion....

Yes, I have once been misled into an agreement. I was convinced by a sales agent to change my cable service from Verizon Fios to Optimum. The sales agent told me that I would have the fastest WiFi and that my plan would be more economic for me. After signing the agreement, a week later the Optimum WiFi was slow. So, I had to call Optimum customer service and tell them about the issue and they would fix it right away. This problem happened constantly and every week I would have to call Optimum customer service. After a month, I decided to go back to Verizon Fios because at least the WiFi was not slow. I feel that there was simply puffing and misrepresentation in the agreement. But the good thing was that the agreement did not have an expiration date, which allowed me to go back to my old cable service without any problem.
