Fundamental Honesty and adherence to the law is what is most relevant for me in my opinion. Integrity refers to the strength of ones character. Strength of character can include honesty, and that may come with trust. Being trustworthy is a great character to have. For example, if your employers feel they can trust you with certain things, then you have openings for other people. My friend needed a job, and my manager felt that they could trust my judgement when asking to hire my friend and now she has a full time job with benefits. It can be a winning situation like this that can help not just the integrity of your own but others as well.
