Opinion about the information

I do agre with the Statute of Frauds, in today's business world. Considering the kind of frauds and cheating happening, I thing Statute of Frauds is quite relevant and necessary. Yes, I also agree with all the type of contracts that the statute specifies, such as sale or lease of, or a mortgage on, real property (for example:land, fixtures), prenuptialagreements,collateral contracts, contracts for the sale of goods valued at $500or more etc. As I believe such are quite crucial contracts and can't be done just on the face value or orally, these kinds of contracts needed to be in writing to avoid any kind of conflict and if it may arise it should have documented details to resolve it.
