what is a great response to the following? My first assumption is I get to choose which members get to work from home, and each member will have a secure internet connection. If this is the case I would ask the team to figure out if someone would prefer working from home. Getting the information to the team first so they can help come up with a solution would help with transparency. I would suggest a rotation between home and office. This line of thinking would help the team to continue to have the physical connection needed to maintain a high-performing level. As the project continues, there may be team members who need to be in the office because they are testing the performance of the system. Some members would be writing technical manuals on system use and maintenance. We would have a morning virtual coffee meeting to discuss the progression of the project. I would deploy a weekly meeting with eat team member to make sure their heads are still in the game (Admin, 2024).
