what is a great response to the following? The team will feel the gratitude of the company when the project is done because they were a part of it the whole way. The feeling of being included and part of something says volume, and it gives everyone a sense of pride. Each team member will know how valuable they are because of their involvement (What Are Some Effective Ways to Build a Sense of Ownership and Pride in a Diverse Team?, n.d.). I feel that getting to know each team member and congratulating them in a way the person would like. This will give a personal experience, and when you have a project in the future, they will want to be on my team again. As this would require more leg work but it would be worth it in the end
