I think about how my organization currently uses technology to recruit new talent. Last year the Frontline retail teams were in a tough spot with trying to find sales associates for their stores. We were either getting unimpressive candidates or the associates we did hire did not make it past their 90 day probation/training period. It was getting more and more difficult to source candidates in the Milwaukee area and move sales associates away from the competition. One thing that we put a heavy focus on was utilizing LinkedIn to post for not only our stores, but for each others' stores as well. We used a variety of hashtags and my organization paid the sponsorship fees to get the posts toward the top of news feeds.
