What is Blackmores cost of capital? What does cost of capital mean for Blackmores?

This is the problem I have to answer. I think I understand how to calculate weighted cost of capital, but am really struggling to find the figures I need to input for the calculations. Where would I find debt, cost of debt, equity and cost of equity? I also need to know the risk free rate, market risk premium and equity beta. I have downloaded the annual report/financial statements for Blackmores and cannot find these figures.
