What is plea bargaining? Are there positive incentives to entering into a plea bargain? What are the possible drawbacks to entering into a plea bargain? Should we do away with the legal tool of plea bargains all together? If so, what could be the results? Perhaps fairness under the law would increase between all races, cultures, creeds, and religions. If not why not
