3. Husin appointed a broker, Taha, to sell his land at a price of not less than RM750,000. Peter, an interested buyer made an offer to buy the land at RM750,000. As there were other interested buyers, Peter promised to give Taha RM2,000 if Husin agrees to sell the land to him. Taha convinced Husin to sell the land to Peter. A few weeks later, Husin found out that there were other interested buyers who were willing to pay more. He also found out that Taha had received RM2,000 from Peter. Husin intends to sue Taha and Peter as he had suffered losses. Advise Husin
