QUESTION Brown was instructed by his employer, White to deliver a consignment of fresh mushrooms from Cameron Highlands to Singapore. Brown was involved in an accident in Muar on his journey. His lorry was badly damaged and required extensive repairs which would take weeks. Brown was unable to get alternative transport to carry the fresh mushrooms to Singapore.
