What is the truth value of the following offs, where the domain is rational numbers?

I need help understanding this. This is what I get from it.

1. For ALL x values and SOME y values x = 2y. This is true because if you use all of x values you can use some of y values to make x = y

2. for ALL of x values and ALL y values. This is false because not all x values = all y values

3. For SOME of x values and ALL y values. This is true because using all y values, you can pick some x values that make the statement x = y true

4. For SOME of x values and SOME y values. True because there's at least one x and one y that make the statement true. Is this correct?
