What is the use-of-force continuum and how much force should be used during an arrest? What are the different steps in the interrogation and questioning process officers can conduct after an arrest that is justified? Could it be possible that the based on those steps the process can restrain officials from getting information relating to crimes and how would the Miranda right come into play?
