What is the userID of the user who has posted the most? To be clear, this is just the posts table, not the comments table.

Hint, if you get a null or blank value as the userID that has posted the most, ignore that userID and instead choose the userID that has posted the second most. (I get a blank value as the user who has posted the most, I believe because all deleted users have a blank userId).
