What is the value in Year 6 of a $9,000 cash flow made in year 14 if interest rates are 7% in years 4-9 and increase to 10% after that?

I thought I would calculate 4 years @ 7% and then 5 at 10%

I am not getting any of the answers though ? \

any help would be greatly appriciated.

Nevermind I fugured it out:

Step 1: FV = 9000; n = 5; i = 10; = >PV = 5588.29 Step2: FV = 5588.29; n = 3; i = 7; = > PV = 4561.71
