What is your reflection on Ethics & Business?

We often assume the law is what it is and don't spend too much time questioning what it's for, who it mainly serves, and where it derives its legitimacy.This week, we got acquainted with the philosophical side of the law.We also got acquainted with the aspirational side of business conduct.

The first paragraph should summarize the main theories of law discussed in the reading.The second paragraph should discuss how laws and regulation impact business conduct.The third paragraph should conclude with your opinion on Milton Friedman's famous saying that a corporations only responsibility is to its shareholders, i.e., return a profit to its owners.
