what is your response to the following discussion postTwo of my weaknesses would be that I am very detail oriented and that I often come off as unemotional and "cold". First my attention to detail could cause me to be less productive as have add to add just one more detail or review it one more time. It also leads me to review work others have done for small mistakes, as a leader it's not efficient to always check the work of others. Also my attention to detail could lead to confusion for others. I've nothing in the past when I am training people if sometimes feels like I am word vomiting because I want them to have all the knowledge and information I have and it can be overwhelming for someone to receive and understand a lot of information at once
