When discussing what was effective and/or not effective, do not simply state what was effective, but explain why. For example, was setting deadlines effective? If so, was it because it gave your group time to edit, or because it gave you a buffer when one student submitted things late? When considering what was not effective, state what went wrong, what you might have done to contribute to it having gone wrong, and either explain why (if it is not self-evident), or what you could have done to mitigate the situation. Understanding why things were effective or not effective can help you build on that effectiveness in the future. Be sure to focus on your own behaviour or what you learned and will take forward with you. Your peer and self-evaluations from A1 and A2 may be especially helpful for this section to help with examples or to clarify (or evidence) the points you want to make.
