How is the Apple's supply chain structured? An illustration or diagram is acceptable to include here, but not required. At minimum you should provide a general explanation of what other types of entities are upstream and downstream from your company. Who are the suppliers and customers that make up the chain?

Does the supply chain operate on a global scale, or entirely domestic? Explain how this is advantageous or disadvantageous for the organization.

How does the supply chain help the company to achieve its strategic goals? Consider any strategies or tactics the company may utilize (i.e. lean operations, Just-in-time delivery, strategic alliances, supplier audits, cross docking, certifications, etc.)

How are logistics managed for moving goods through the supply chain (from supplier to your business, and/or from your business to customers)?

What sort of technology plays a role, if any, in the management of the supply chain?
