What should you do if an individual says they are dizzy while you are using a mechanical lift? Raise them to a standing position as soon as possible. Tell the healthcare team that using a mechanical lift for that person is contraindicated. Ignore their complaint, as the dizziness will pass. Return them to the position they were in previously and notify your supervisor
