Meanwhile, Americans who lost their jobs to outsourcing experienced lasting drops in income when, and if, they found new jobs. To me, it's clear: offshore outsourcing is simply a way of pitting workers in different parts of the world against each other, to benefit corporate profits. It's the have and the have-nots, this time on a world-wide scale
