What was new to me was the Job planning. I didn't know how job planning was planned. i learned that job analysis is the process of getting detailed information of jobs. It is the essential knowledge for training, staffing and performance appraisals. After reading section in this chapter I agree with everything. For example, the work flow analysis, when you have raw inputs $($materials$,$ data, and information are need$),$ equipments $($special equipment, facilities, and systems are needed$),$ and human resources $($ knowledge, skills and abilities are needed by performing task$)$ info. that leads to the activity and then to output.

The main takeaway for me was Job Design. Job design is how work is performed and which tasked are required. Going more into depth I learned that industrial engineering is used to reduce complexity in work. Flextime and job sharing are other designing jobs that motivate as well. do you agree?
