What was the worst job that you ever had, and how would you have made it better?

In this discussion, I want you to first describe in detail the worst job that you ever had in your life. Then I want you to use motivation theories you learned this week to analyze the reason why that job created such a bad experience. In other words, explain why the job was the worst by applying motivation concepts/theories. And lastly, discuss how you would have changed the job so that the job could have been more motivating. What changes would you make to the job's reward system? How would you change the design of the job?
