• Alex's engineering organization Management

The management of Alex Engineering had put in a bid for the sewage management system upgradation, they are one of the sponsors of the project. They have substantial power as they are responsible for interacting with the municipal, signing the cheques for payment for buying equipment and the salaries of the employees. They have high interest in the project as they will benefit financially and increase in goodwill of the company will lead to the company getting more projects in future.

• Water Department

The municipal officers have very high power as they are one of the sponsors of the project. They decide who gets to work on the project. They also have very high interest in the success of the project as it will help them better manage waste-water management in present as well as in future.

High Power-Low Interest

• External Auditors

External auditors are the people who check if we are following the standards required for all the equipment, process etc. If they find out that something is not up to the standards, they can flag it for the Municipal officers to act on it, so they don't have any power. They also have low interest in the project as they are affected by the success or failure of the project.

• Road Maintainer

Road maintenance company has high power as they are required to dig the road at the start of the project and then repair the road at the end of the project. They have little interest in the project as the cost of project reduces their profits.

• Suppliers of Resources

The suppliers of the resources have high power in the project as any delay in the delivery of the resources by them will lead to delay in the project. They have low interest in successful completion of the project as their job is done when the resources are delivered to the Alex Engineering team.
