What will be taught in public sector human resource and public personnel classes in the next eight years? Please include (1) elements of contemporary public administrative reform that is believed will continue over the next eight years and (2) a discussion of the challenges and opportunities for attracting, retaining, and developing public service workers as being important considerations over the next eight years.
