What would a typical manufacturing firm operating in Nigeria do to remain competitive vis--vis the options of producing in Nigeria or importing same products during this post-COVID period?

Itemise at least ten constraints that you think may constitute bottlenecks to a Nigerian manufacturing firm. Why do you think that these constraints constitute bottlenecks, and do you think these bottlenecks are applicable to a service organization? If not, why?
