• Provide a description of the corporation, its business functions, its organizational structure. What state is the business incorporated and what type of corporation is it?
• Describe the composition of the Board of Trustees. How frequently do they meet, are they publicly traded, who is on the board etc.
• Describe the filing requirements to become incorporated based on the state in which the corporation is located. What are the annual reporting requirements for the corporation to remain in good standing in the state that they are incorporated?
• Based on what you know about the corporation, why might they have chosen this business form? Do you agree with the decision or are there other forms of business organization that may be more appropriate?
