What would be a good response to this statement?

Culture affects the management of an organization from a global perspective in many ways. Some of these ways include top leadership principles, nature of the business, company values, policies and work ambiance, clients and external parties, and recruitment and selection.First, top leadership principles involve how the organization is set up and how the business is run. If you have a good leader who has good core values these values will work their way down to its employees. The employees will know what is expected of them and strive to meet all goals set by the management. Howard Schultz, the executive chairman and former CEO of Starbucks, is a leader that has a simple leadership philosophy: treat people with dignity and respect. Trupath, (2020) This goes back to the golden rule, treat others the way you want to be treated.Secondly, the nature of the business involves how your employees behave within the organization. This refers to how your employees feel about working for you. Based on the products you sell, does it make a difference in your customers' lives? This can make a difference whether your product sells or not. Third, company values, policies and work g refers to work fundamentals along with company's beliefs. Some of the beliefs companies have are trust, client advocacy, integrity in communication, growth and learning mindset, and positive team environment. All of these values are important in a working environment. If you do not have these values, your company may be at risk. There could also be a high turnover rate among employees.Fourth, clients and external parties refer to your clients. Why are clients part of the culture? Because these are the people that directly affect the employee's well being. Trupath, (2020) If you did not have any clients you would not be in business. A client can either break the team. If you have a disgruntled customer it will be up to the employee how they handle the situation and their behavior. On the other hand, if a client is successful it can uplift the team for a job well done. Either way, the employee's behavior plays a big part in how the situation is dealt with both good or bad.Last, recruitment and selection refers to the hiring of employees. You want to hire the right employees, so this is a very important factor. If the company has a good growth rate you want to hire the right people who will help increase the positive growth rate. This is why it is important to choose wisely who to hire.
