What would be a positive response to this post? I have to say I disagree with a maintenance worker working beyond their means while receiving minimum wage. I say this because working in the medical field is not always easy and everyone is really underpaid. Minimum wage fits into a bigger picture of the hospital in a negative way. To work in healthcare comes with much more than what's already in our job description. As much as a janitor has to deal with from extra dirty linen to making sure disgusting bathrooms are clean, to want more out of them with little pay is a deranged suggestion. If it isn't dealing with safety precautions, no I do not think they should have to go beyond what is already asked of them being that they are already getting paid minimum wage. I feel every working in the healthcare field plays a big role, healthcare should not be issuing minimum wage with high expectations
