The Waterfront Philippines is a big company and even after the closure of their Hotel they still have fund, losing might be easy and recovery might be hard yet it proves you that no matter how hard the situation bestowed, you find your ways out of it. Since the entire hotel was not devoured by the fire, they can save the things that can still be save like the TV, bed, furniture, and other amenities that still function and in a good shape. If the lot or the Hotel is impossible to undergone renovation or cannot be revive, it is better to sell the sight then find an alternative place to relocate the Hotel since according to their 2018 disclosure report, they still got 3,775,183,959 remaining assets; building another Hotel as a start-up, yet not as grandeur as their previous one can be possible. Once this plan is putted into action another job opportunities can be open for the people which can also help to our Country's economic growth. Promoting their new Hotel can be through online promotion, either creating a Hotel's website or promoting through ads, guests might be fascinated once they saw these promotions since even after the disaster that the Company had been through, they managed to survive, and that story can possibly attract guests both local and international
