WHAT WOULD YOU DO 5-10 (Your Uncle Part 2)

For as long as you can remember, you have looked up to your uncle, a CPA who owns his firm and has two bookkeepers as employees. Now that you are graduating from college, he has asked you to work with him and you pay a visit to his office for the first time. In looking around, you see piles of papers and ask him how he knows everything is done correctly and on time; he says that the firm quality control is his experience and he has no time for formal documentation. In addition, his employees have been with him "forever," and he trusts their work completely.
