I chose the property taxes of homes due to the taxes going up, So I chose the two states of Illinois and Iowa Illnois would be the more independent state and Iowa would be the dependent state I can take then both and figure out the data set Illinois is a plant growth I can build more properties in Illinois,Due to Illnois having more space to build, IOWA is a small state I chose to use these to states as a numeric variable now I can compare these two states to see where I can build my homes the taxes for the homes will be very high in illnois due to Illinois being a bigger state so the property taxes in IOwa will be lower then Illnois the relationship that the two states have is a lot of people,I can start to use my library to consider how big or small the property would be, I will have to chose my location in the two states to see where I can start my properties so that I can put it in my data,I want my property to be in a quiet town so that my tenants can be very satisfied of where they are living Chicago has the most crime so I will have to be very careful,I will begin my research on the the two states after I have done my research of my properties I can begin to explore where the homes will be,I have to figure out how many homes I will have in illnois and iowa
