What would you suggest I do or go about choosing a new location?

I have recently taken over a bakery that makes pastries for the local gas stations. The current problem I am having is choosing a place to move my bakery. I am expanding and turning it into a bakery and deli with a store front. I am currently in the process of making a business plan to see what I can afford in location. I have viewed multiple locations and have an average profit plan on what I am currently doing. I am hoping to increase my current production and bring in new products as well.
