Before I felt my resume had so many different soft skills that didn't matter or were on healthcare systems. Because I want to join the legal field I had to learn how to correlate my healthcare experiences with legal work. I learned what information shouldn't included such as my full address, my ethnicity, and previous work history from my teens. This information can cause biases toward me from employers
