While the Sandford High chapter is based on the Third Side, you don't have to use that framework here. I'm more interested in having you apply "A Nested Theory of Conflict" (Dugan) to analyze the conflict(s) and then, from the other readings, from this class or others, what would you suggest should be done to address the conflict(s) and why. Think of it as a memo you writing to the various parties that lays out your analysis and action recommendations.
