employee to put his enthu'siasm above the company. To better analyze this question, the IMA's four principles will be combined to illustrate what Brian has done improperly in these four aspects. . For honesty, Brian didn't mention to his seniors that he used the lowest price to purchase lumber after reviewing all the purchase invoices for the past year. He was deceptive in this aspect because he tried to conceal what he was doing for his own benefit. As for fairness, his actions may have caused damage to the company because he took-[the liberty of adopting the lowest cost, which is unfair to all other company employees. In the case of objectivity, his behavior is obviously not ' objective, because he thinks about his own interests so he makes such subjective behavior.
