what's a short positive comment I can respond to the following:If there was any social distance or less social influence among a member, as a leader, I would bring up the fact that the experience of these individuals is valuable to what we are learning and researching. As a person who has higher task ability, I have greater social influence, and if I show ways of being more inclusive then that would set the tone for the rest of the group. I also would show that everyone has something to offer and a unique perspective on our particular research project as well
