What's the best approach for college learning in January, 2023? Problem: The Fake Association of Ontario Colleges (FAOC) must determine if colleges across Ontario can schedule all courses for in-class instruction in January 2023 (Winter semester), or if virtual learning should be scheduled for the winter semester when COVID-19 numbers may increase significantly. In addition to these two options, FAOC is also considering a hybrid format that combines some elements of both in-class and virtual delivery. Current George Brown Business Students have been asked to consider these three choices and recommend the strongest option for students and colleges. Analysis should consider the specific benefits, risks and costs for each option. Research will also be required to analyze data related to this issue, including the experiences of George Brown College Current Students, as well as the Provincial Government's Plan to Reopen Postsecondary Education. For September 2022 (Fall semester), the Provincial Government announced that, "all students will have the opportunity to attend postsecondary education through virtual learning, in-class instruction, or hybrid formats." FAOC is now seeking your input to determine the best approach for January 2023. Should course delivery for Winter 2023 be planned for in-class instruction, virtual instruction or a hybrid model with some elements of both methods? Conduct your own research to analyze these three options - not just your favourite! Remember the most persuasive recommendations demonstrate all options were critically reviewed and the strongest one was ultimately recommended. Write your three-page Recommendation & Justification Report in Memo format with clear and effective functional and talking headings. Ensure your recommendation is justified by the use research and data and present your analysis using a direct approach as FAOC will be a receptive audience. Include proper APA citations within your memo and a Works Cited Page at the end, as well as Team Contribution Summary Chart to outline which members contributed to each section of the assignment.
