When an appellate court reviews the issue of the existence of probable cause, it must:

accept the conclusion of the police officer if that conclusion was subjectively reasonable.

accept the conclusion of the magistrate who issued the warrant.

accept the conclusion of the trial judge who heard the motion to suppress evidence.

make its own independent determination of probable cause.
