When common stocks are repurchased by the company they're considered treasury stocks and the common stocks outstanding are reduced. When I reissue the treasury stocks, does it increase my common stocks outstanding?

Example: Reacquired 100 CS and then reissued them. My common stocks outstanding were decreased when the CS were reacquired but does it now increase because I reissued the treasury stocks or is it not affected?
