When conducting an evaluation of the children's health insurance program (CHIP), who are the likely stakeholders? Additionally, who will benefit more from the results and reporting of the program evaluation?  Based on my understanding of the topic, the stakeholders are any institutions or individuals who have an interest in the program. For example, my local government, policymakers, and parents. Is this correct?
