When creating initial client assessments, and when updating assessments, all the workers involved in an individual's treatment may consult with one another, sometimes sharing information about the person that is relevant to their treatment but very personal. You may at some point be called upon to disclose information shared with you in private. How comfortable are you with this kind of disclosure? Do you think it is beneficial for the client or peer, or do you consider it a breach of confidentiality?
