When deciding the criteria I would use to evaluate a business decision it really boils down to considering them all. I do not believe a decision can be made without each step or lane being met. Alignment with our strategic goals, financial impact, risk assessments, legal compliance, stakeholder impact, operational feasibility, and ethical considerations are all ways to truly decide and unfortunately I think each are necessary when making decisions. There are far too many instances that companies make rash decisions without factoring in each of these criteria and the choice they make back fires on them. Ethics and Morals are things we sometimes use interchangeably -
