in personam jurisdiction and quasi$-$in$-$rem jurisdiction

in personam jurisdiction and appellate jurisdiction

in rem jurisdiction and jurisdiction over the subject matter of the

litigation

jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute $($the res$)$ and

appellate jurisdiction

jurisdiction over the subject matter and over the person or property

of the defendant
